Hannah Weck is a painter, sculptor and mixed media artist based in southern Illinois. She holds a BFA in Studio Art with a concentration in Painting and Drawing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and an Associate of Arts from Southwestern Illinois College where she studied visual art and theatre. During her time as an undergraduate she studied abroad at Santa Reparata International School of Art in Florence, Italy. Hannah’s work has been featured in exhibitions across the mid-west, receiving the Valerie Lee Reynolds Smith Award at the Annual Student Exhibition at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and the William Forsyth Award of Distinction in the William T. Turman Plein Air Exhibition at the Swope Art Museum in Terre Haute, Indiana.
